Our Weekly Meat Draw: 25 Years of Giving Back
- Since the year 2000, our weekly meat draw has been a Wotton Tradition – three chances to win a Sunday joint, all for just a pound.
- Back then, a pint in the Star while waiting for the draw would’ve set you back £2. Fancy a snack? A packet of crisps was just 30p.
- Fast forward 25 years, and that pint now costs over a fiver, with crisps not far behind at a pound. But the meat draw? Still just a pound.
- And us? We’re still giving every penny back into the local community – just like we have for the past 25 years.
- Be part of something special. Sign up for our weekly meat draw using the link in the menu above.
- Wotton Lions making winning more rewarding for the last quarter of a century.
